User Profile Options and Settings in AYETO

Your user profile in AYETO is the central place for managing all aspects of your account. In this article, we will walk you through all available options and show you how to customize AYETO exactly to your needs.

Accessing the User Profile

You can access your profile settings by clicking your account icon in the top-right corner of the application. This opens the "Your Account" dialog with several tabs containing various settings options.

User Details

The first tab, "User Details", displays basic information about your account:

  • First and last name – your personal information
  • Email – your login email address
  • Account creation date – when your account was created
  • Last login – information about the last access to your account

This information helps you keep track of your account status.

Invoices

In the "Invoices" tab, you will find a complete overview of all your purchases:

  • A list of all invoices with creation dates
  • The amount and currency of each transaction
  • The option to download an invoice in PDF format

You can download invoices at any time for accounting or tax purposes.

Change Password

The "Change Password" tab allows you to securely update your login credentials:

  1. Enter a new password
  2. Confirm the password by entering it again
  3. Click the button to save the changes

Tip: Use strong passwords combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

API Keys

For developers and advanced users, AYETO offers the option to create API keys for programmatic access to services:

  • Create a new API key
  • Manage existing keys
  • Show or hide keys for security

API keys are useful for integrating AYETO with your own applications and automated processes.

Credentials & OAuth

The "Credentials & OAuth" tab is key for connecting AYETO with external services:

Types of Credentials

You can create different types of credentials:

Type Description
Basic Authentication Classic username and password
Header Token Authentication using a token in the HTTP header
API Key API key with an optional secret

OAuth Integrations

AYETO supports OAuth connections with several services:

Google OAuth: - Google Calendar – event management - Google Drive – file access - Google Contacts – contact management - Gmail – email management

Microsoft OAuth: - Outlook – email management - Microsoft Calendar – event management - OneDrive – file access - SharePoint – document management - Microsoft Teams – messages and channels - Microsoft ToDo – task management - Microsoft Contacts – contact management

To activate an OAuth connection:

  1. Click the relevant button (e.g. "Request Google OAuth Access")
  2. Confirm the action in the dialog window
  3. You will be redirected to the provider's page for authorization
  4. After successful authorization, you will be returned to AYETO

Terms and Conditions

In the "Terms and Conditions" tab, you can read the current version of AYETO’s terms and conditions and privacy policy at any time.

Delete Account

If you decide to stop using AYETO, the "Delete Account" tab allows you to permanently remove your account:

⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible! Deleting your account means you will lose: - All conversations and chat history - Created assistants - Uploaded documents - Purchased credits

Before deleting your account, carefully consider whether you want to continue. The system will ask you to confirm this action.

Additional Settings in the Application

In addition to profile settings, you can also adjust other preferences in AYETO:

Theme Switching

AYETO supports light and dark mode. You can switch between them using the icon at the top of the application:

  • Light mode – ideal for daytime work
  • Dark mode – easier on the eyes when working in the dark

Language Change

The application is available in multiple languages. You can change the language in the interface settings.
